TubeSucker Failed to install due to registry authorisation issues, which I didn't have the time or inclination to resolve.

Good for some. My brother reports it's excellence, but it failed to write to a dll and my system hung reporting can't find Normaliz.dll. I'll find some other sucker.
Just fine Here is a utility that my daughter loves. Smooth downloading and installing. Just refused to change one dll in XP pro, but no problems occurred...
